We Install and Service Water Filtration Systems and Industrial Water Filters for all types of operations.
We specialize in custom industrial water filtration installations to serve small to medium manufacturing, medical facilities, laboratories, testing facilities and bio-tech manufacturing where water purification is of critical importance.
If you are required to maintain a consistent and ongoing level of purity, we will work with your facilities director or engineering professionals to ensure you are delivered the water treatment and industrial water purification systems you need.
4-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) with high flow booster pump
- 5 micron polypropylene sediment pre-filter to extract suspended sediments such as dirt, sand and rust particles down to 5 microns.
- 10 micron carbon block cartridge to absorb chlorine and chlorine by-products without release of carbon fines.
- High rejection Thin Film Composite (TFC) Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane(s) to reject a wide spectrum of impurities including dissolved solids, bacteria and viruses down to a 0.0001 micron. The product water is stored in the optional storage tank, while the rejected contaminants are automatically flushed down the drain.
- Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Cartridge is used to remove dissolved gases, bad taste and odor from product water. This is the final polishing stage prior to consumption. (This step may not be needed in certain manufacturing applications).

Water Purification is the Key to Safe Commercial Water Filtration Systems
Many applications in commercial enterprises interface with the public making safe drinking water a key determinant to installation of a water filtration system. Protecting consumers in public applications requires water purification, whether it is at a school, restaurant, medical establishment, or during food processing. Clean water ensures safe delivery of services in each of these applications while untreated water containing contaminants like excessive bacteria and chemicals creates a public hazard. Far too often common hazardous substances like lead, arsenic, chlorine, and other chemicals in our environment readily are exposed to our food chain, primarily in through the water we drink. A high quality water filtration system can and does remove these contaminants.
There are numerous methods used in production for water purification including RO (reverse osmosis), distilling, carbon filters, ultraviolet, and ozone. We have found that the most effective system with the least problems and possible negative effects is reverse osmosis as it is simple to install and maintain. With commercial water filtration systems the process works well to eliminate all contaminants. After installation and with proper maintenance, you can be assured that all major contaminants are removed from the water source. As a method for water purification, reverse osmosis eliminates the need for constant water testing and provides the client with a reliable ongoing service.
For commercial water filtration systems, there are many benefits. These include confidence that you are providing consumers with clean and safe drinking water to use. This is critical with food processing, restaurants, coffee shops, and in use where interaction with consumers is a regular place of business. When water at these establishments is not filtered, there is a chance of contamination by water borne diseases. In these applications, the highest quality commercial water is critical to ensure that their customers are protected from any possible danger.
Generally, these systems are not expensive and are easily installed and maintained making water purification an essential component of running a high quality commercial establishment.
